This is the kind of Christmas disappointment you can spot from across the room. The box is promising a full, lush, magazine-worthy tree, but what actually came out looks like it’s been through three relocations, a breakup and a light tornado. It’s more “holiday twig” than “festive centerpiece.”

You can practically hear the branches giving up as you fluff them. No amount of ornaments, tinsel or strategic angling is going to make this thing look like the picture.
